2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 410 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50490 of 2024(3) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
