JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record letter dated 21.07.2018 passed by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur, whereby and where under the order of transfer dated 21.05.2018, has been stayed till further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order dated 21.05.2018 is contrary to law, the same has been stayed by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur but the same has been stayed subject to enquiry in the matter and taking a final decision, hence the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur be directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take a final decision in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10962 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 accordance with the rules.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment the present writ petition has become infructuous, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of his grievances.
