Petitioner happens to be brother- in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand and torturing has been leveled against him.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar ( Amdanda ) P.S.Case No.15 of 2015.
