By the aforesaid order dated 30.07.2019, this Court had directed the petitioner to make a representation before the Director-in-Chief of Health Services, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his grievances within a period of four weeks and the concerned respondent, viz., the Director-in-Chief was further directed to dispose off such representation within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the representation was required to be made before respondent No. 2/the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and not before the Director-in-Chief of the Health Services.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 30.07.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall now prefer a representation for redressal of his grievances before respondent No. 2, viz., the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today and the concerned respondent shall, on receipt of such representation, dispose

5. The order dated 30.07.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

6. The petition stands disposed off.
