The petitioner is accused in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 and 379 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was twice rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 41494 of 2013 on 28.03.2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 44578 of 2014 on 26.11.2014 by this Court on merit taking into consideration the nature of allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
