JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. One loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019 and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
In view of the nature of allegation, recovery and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
