JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was accused in Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 and when police party arrested the petitioner, the villagers attacked on the police party and got released the petitioner from custody of the police and in that course informant and other police officials sustained injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
