The petitioner seeks bail in Bela P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and her husband were tightening the towel around the neck of his father. The informant's father became unconscious and died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant. There is a land dispute. The doctor did not find any external or internal injury. The doctor opined that it was due to sudden cardiac arrest on account of failure of right ventricular.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that, no

Case No. 227 of 2014.
