The offence being rather serious, the Court may not be inclined to entertain any prayer for bail at this stage. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No.917 of 2014, arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No.111 of 2014, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna.
