JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 411 and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
