JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Inarwa PS Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 is brother of the husband of the deceased, petitioner No. 2 is his wife and petitioner No. 3 is the maternal mother-in-law and all these three petitioners admittedly reside separately. The police after investigation did not find their involvement so not sent up them for trial and submitted charge-sheet against five others. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52942 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely Chiniya Ansari @ Najmullah Ansari, Gulsan Khatoon and Najma Khatoon in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Inarwa PS Case No. 101 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
