The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 365 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner, his wife and others took his mother on the pretext of providing her job but her mother did not return.

It is submitted that the mother of the informant was going along with wife of the petitioner for selling mat but the mother of the informant did not return. She is still traceless. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner that he ever kidnapped or took the mother of the informant to any where else. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

No.21062 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
