The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2114 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 406, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the report of the Mediator that the dispute between the petitioner and the Informant has been resolved and a mutually agreed settlement agreement has been formulated, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 27.07.2021 is hereby confirmed.
