Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Death of the victim took place in unnatural circumstances in the house of the petitioner within a year of her marriage. There is allegation of demand of a four wheeler and ornaments as more dowry and torture for the same. The witnesses have supported the aforesaid allegation.

In the aforesaid circumstance, it would not make any difference whether the victim committed suicide or her death was homicidal one. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the
