The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 353, 504, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The prosecution case, in short, is that 750 ml. wine and one motorcycle is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30-04-2019. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. It is alleged that 750 ml. wine and one motorcycle is recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 4203 of 2019 arising out of Maranchi P.S.
