The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
