The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped his daughter. The victim appeared and made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she went along with Rohit Das and solemnized marriage with him and is living with her husband. Petitioner is the uncle of Rohit Das.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
