JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (x) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and co-accused, Chhoti @ Prem Prakash is said to have given dagger blows to informant. No doubt, informant appears to have sustained several injuries but co-accused, Chhoti @ Prem Prakash has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7434 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13852 of 2016 (2) dt.04-04-2016 2/2 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
