The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022 in connection with Srinagar Nautan P.S. Case No. 467 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POSCO Act.

A statement has been made in Paragraph 9 of this bail petition that the victim along with her minor child are staying with the petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the fact whether the victim and her child are staying with the petitioner or not. If it is found that the victim and her child are staying with the petitioner then the Court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner. If it is found that they are not staying with the petitioner then the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted by the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sunnykr/- U
