2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons are engaged in illegal business of liquor. It is also alleged that country made pistols, huge quantity of live cartridges, cash, mobile phones, one Scorpio, one Alto car, number plates of vehicles etc have been recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

He further submits that petitioner has four criminal antecedent of similar nature as stated in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023.
