2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55322 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 354B, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that due to land dispute between the parties, accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioners herein assaulted the informant and outraged the modesty.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
