2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a)/32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 15 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the seized motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
