The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on the order of Satish Yadav @ Bhirekhan Yadav, Karu Yadav and others have assaulted him on his leg. Ramlakhan Yadav dragged him from the bus and Karu Yadav assaulted him with Lathi and also snatched money and ornaments. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The injuries found on the leg are simple in nature. Ram Lakhan Yadav and Laltus Yadav are alleged to have assaulted with Garasa on his head. One injury is found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21729 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 grievous in nature. There is a counter version. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Asthawan P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014.
