JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant and rest two victims were found 17-19 years of age by the Medical Board. One victim in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has stated that she was called by the petitioner on false promise of marriage and after that, she was pushed in prostitution.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the victim was recovered on 07-01-2015 and according to statement of the victim, namely, Poonam Kumari, she was taken away by the petitioner on 04-01-2015 but it is surprising enough that she did not make any contact with her family members even

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special (Posco) Case No. 03 of 2015 arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Patna.
