In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but no good came out of it. Considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 3.4.2014 passed in connection with Complaint Case No. 533 of 2011/T.R. No. 3802 of 2012, to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
