2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 349 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have fired at the victim and caused gun shot injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2023.

5. Mr. Mukesh Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner along with Mr. Anil Kumar, learned APP for the State.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023.
