The petitioners are accused in a case for the offence under Section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 04.03.2015 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after two months.

As the petitioners have remained in custody for more than two months after rejection of their bail, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st
