Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and one co- accused Amit Kumar were made accused in Kotwali P.S. case no. 617/2015 and in connection with the aforesaid case, petitioner and co- accused Amit Kumar were arrested and they disclosed that the weapon, which had been used in committing the aforesaid crime, had been kept in the rented room of accused Amit Kumar and subsequently, aforesaid weapon was recovered from the rented room of co- accused Amit Kumar. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2015 but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
