2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 23, 25, 29 of the NDPS Act in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.278 of 2021.

3. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek bail in case relating to NDPS wherein, it is alleged that 160 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from a car and the petitioner along with two other accused were apprehended.

4. The Court does not find any new ground for considering the bail application of the petitioner.

5. The bail application is rejected.
