Taking into consideration that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Shambhu Rajbanshi, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and case of the petitioner stands on better footing to that of above-said co-accused, Shambhu Rajbanshi, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 153 of 2011 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
