The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.11 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2019; Section 21 of the M.M.D.R. Act, 1957 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7808 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
