====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner and other co-accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2022. He has got no

There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. He has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021.
