The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S.Case No. 161 of 2014 registered under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and section 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended with some Naxali papers and 30 pieces of cartridges and he is in jail since 30.7.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No.161 of 2014.
