The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting caused by accused person due to which, informant sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has assaulted the informant on his head by sword but on perusal of the injury report which is annexed with this petition as annexure-2, found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58490 of 2021(2) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 one lacerated wound on the informant Bipin Tiwari. It is submitted that no repeated blow and the injury sustained by the informant is no consonance with the prosecution case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
