2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to make payment of monthly salary due.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 24.04.2025 before respondent no. 5, namely the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Annexure P/1), seeking payment of arrears. It is submitted that due to an inadvertent error, the petitioner wrongly mentioned the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11180 of 2025 dt.28-07-2025 2/2 claim as being for monthly payment, whereas in fact, the grievance pertains to non-payment for the work which has been taken by the State.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be issued to the petitioner to file a fresh representation for the redressal of his grievances.

5. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No. 5, namely, District Magistrate, Aurangabad, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today indicating the details of the work which he has done about which payment has not been made. Upon receipt of the representation, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, is directed to take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law upon verifying the claim of the petitioiner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
