Petitioner is said to have inflicted sword blow over informant Rajendra Singh, Vicky Singh, Nitu Singh, Pramod Singh, Abhishek Singh, however, injuries were found simple with an absence of repetition of blow. The aforesaid theme has been recorded while considering prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner under Criminal Miscellaneous No.35324 of 2014 vide order dated 24.03.2015 (Annexure-1). Furthermore, there also happens to be counter-version bearing Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P. S. Case no.108 of 2014.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Pankaj Singh @ Pankaj Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21948 of 2015 (02) dt.08-07-2015 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P. S. Case no.107 of 2014.
