The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner sold the lands beyond his share. Submission is that the petitioner is the co-sharer of the informant and he got the land in his share.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2015, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Sonepur P.S.
