The petitioner is said to have given farsa blow on the head of the informant but the informant has sustained simple injury. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that police after investigation, submitted charge sheet under Section324 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
