JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was arrested in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.563 of 2015 and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case as well as several other cases. Admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is argued that when petitioner was made accused in Bahera P.S. Case No.563 of 2015, he was remanded in other cases, which have been lodged against unknown persons.

No.14442 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District- Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
