JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, more than 800 people assembled in procession of Tazia but, subsequently, dispute arose and the members of the aforesaid procession became furious and started assaulting police officials and also started pelting stones. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and as per submission on behalf of the petitioner, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.14224 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does have clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case No. 132 of 2011.
