JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be caught along with one pistol and three live cartridges for which he remained in jail custody since 14.12.2014. Earlier the petitioner was made accused in only one case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Falka ( Pothia) P.S.Cae No. 321 of 2014.
