2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 325 , 326, 307 and 120 B of the I. P . C . and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he opened fire upon the informant which hit on his left chest and doctor has found six fire arm injuries on the person who was injured.
