Case No. 46 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-b) 1 and 26 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one live cartridge is said to have been recovered. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22175 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S.
