This application has been filed on behalf of the state for cancellation of the bail bond of the O.P.No.2, who has been granted privilege of bail, vide order dated 20.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18101 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was accused in four other cases, however, he has fairly submitted that his name transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that his name transpired in the confessional statement and on that basis he has been grated bail, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court, as such this application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39367 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 disposed of with above direction.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
