This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29441 of 2018, by which similarly situated co-accused person having same and similar allegation has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29441 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3537 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 2018, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
