JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016, registered under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the petitioner was appointed as Executive Assistant on daily wages in electric supply sub division, Khagaria. In course of verification of his work, informant being the Junior Engineer Revenue came to know that the petitioner has taken cash of Rs. 3,16,735/- from different
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13719 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 electric consumers and issued forged receipt to them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ill motive of the informant and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 05.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents / close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
