The petitioner is not family member of in-laws of the deceased and it appears that in course of investigation, it came to light that the petitioner helped the other accused in disposal of dead body of the deceased.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur.
