Since both the bail applications arise out of one and the same P.S. case, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners seek bail in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21960 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 Petitioner Sanjay Das is alleged to have assaulted Awadhesh Devi and Vikash Kumar with Pharsa on head and Mangal Das is alleged to have assaulted with spear on the leg of the informant. The injuries found on the person of Awdhesh Devi and Vikash Kumar are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014.
