====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Anand Mohan Deo assaulted on the shoulder of the informant by means of lathi.

4. It is submitted that injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature and Police after investigation submitted final form.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51667 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P. S. Case No. 81 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
