Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation co- accused Mukul Mahto was arrested and confessed before the police that it was the petitioner who had supplied him arms and ammunitions which had been used in committing the alleged crime.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27.12.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
